Estate Planning

Everyone needs an estate plan to chose who will make key financial and health care decisions for them if they become incapacitated, appoint guardians for any surviving minor children, and control who will inherit their estate. Every plan includes a Durable Power of Attorney, a Health Care Directive (living will), and either a Will or Revocable Living Trust. In some cases, specific trusts are appropriate for tax management, asset protection, special needs, or other purposes. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them develop a plan that best suits their needs. Every client’s circumstances are unique and require a careful analysis of their financial and family situation, along with a thorough discussion of their estate planning goals. Regardless of the situation, I take pride in offering practical, friendly, and cost-effective advice.

Losing a family member can be incredibly stressful. During such a difficult time, it's important to have someone you trust to guide you through the related legal matters. As the estate attorney, I handle all court filings and notices. I also assist my clients with inventories, creditor claims, and other legal obligations involved in probate estate administration, ensuring the estate is settled efficiently and smoothly. Additionally, I advise clients on non-probate options that may be appropriate in certain situations.
